order to help you with better search results, we
have tried to provide here a couple of ways to pinpoint
the information you need. There are two options
for doing that: Search or Browse. Clicking on Search
will let you first list out the properties to display
their key points. If you want to see more details
before accessing the Info Sheet of a property, you
may use the Compare function that will let you do
that. You can further refine your search by using
the detailed search function that you will find
above the chart.
You
can call up the Info Sheet of a property from either
the Search or Compare result by clicking on Details.
The
browsing option brings up the report on all the
properties listed with our site under the category
that you have chosen. This function does not require
you to specify a city. However, it has a facility
for displaying thumb nail photographs (if provided
by the owners) in addition to the key points of
the properties. You can reach the Info Sheet of
a property by clicking on the photograph.
The
information that you will find at our site is of
urban properties and most of them from within the
Kathmandu Valley. As and when there is a demand
for our services in other areas of the country,
we will be adding other cities and towns too. If
you are looking to rent a flat (apartment)
outside the Kathmandu Valley, you should
go ahead and post your requirement. There can always
be a chance of owners responding with offers.
To
search for properties in cities of your interest,
you might for the moment therefore want to click
above on only cities within the Kathmandu Valley.
You can also call up a search for “All”
categories – this way you will not miss out
on properties that may have been listed for urban
areas outside the Valley.
We
also list here flats that can be used commercially
for such purposes as offices, shops, stores,
etc.
You
will find that not all of the listed properties
have detailed information about them. Much that
we want to have the owners provide all the details
– including any number of photographs, we
can only display information that owners are willing
to provide. Despite these difficulties, we will
continue to try and solicit as much detailed information
as possible on the properties so as to improve the
quality of the contents. In the meantime, please
